Central Outreach Wellness Center is expanding to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania! This Fall, we’re opening our newest clinic at 2745 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110, bringing inclusive, affirming, and accessible healthcare to the Harrisburg community.
For years, Central Outreach Wellness Center has been committed to making healthcare more welcoming, accessible, and culturally humble for LGBTQ+ communities and everyone seeking compassionate care. Our new Harrisburg clinic continues that mission by bringing comprehensive sexual health, HIV prevention, HIV treatment, STI testing, gender-affirming care, Hepatitis C care, and mental health services to the area.

Our team can help you understand your options, complete the necessary testing, and determine which prevention strategy works best for your lifestyle.
